After its original release in 2005, and steady sales for two years, the book was then out of print for more than 15 years. Existing copies became collector items, selling for hugely inflated prices on re-sale sites (and this author purchased several of them to keep her stock going)!
The book is now available internationally through your favourite online book retailer – as a paperback or eBook. You can also walk into most book stores and request they order the book for you.
